The place deserved 4 stars. Comforts of double room were fabulous - an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. The staff were absolutely kind and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The location was incredible, near everything, in the calm area. Old Town district was worth staying in.

The decoration in the hotel was simply charming, with traditional touches that reminded me of a bygone era of elegance. the general areas, especially the terrace, were beautifully kept and provided a peaceful retreat for senior people like me. the hotel's accessibility was remarkable, making it easy for me to navigate around without any hassle.
The only thing that would have made the vacation even better for senior people would be if the children working there were more proactive in addressing minor issues promptly.
